Classico Cena Veggie Italiano: polenta lasagna topped with tomato paste, sauteed onions and garlic, and cremini mushrooms; freshly grated mozzarella tossed with parsley, basil (picked from our garden), freshly ground nutmeg and black pepper. Salad includes romaine leaves, finely chopped red onions, sicilian olives, cucumber and orange. Servedwith a california red zinfandel.
